To maintain your umbrella, simply clean the frame and fabric with mild detergent and water, then hose off to keep it looking fresh. We recommend storing the umbrella with the protective cover when not in use.
How do I care for my Sola by Skyspan Umbrella?
We advise winding down the umbrella in high winds and using a protective cover when not in use.
How colourfast are the fabrics?
The Sunbrella fabrics we use come with a 5-year colourfast warranty to ensure the fabric’s colour remains vibrant.
What is the sun protection rating of the umbrellas?
All of our umbrellas are rated SPF 50+ for superior sun protection.
OPERATION & FEATURES
How do I close the Cantilever umbrellas?
Release the lock button, turn the windle handle anti-clockwise, and push the runner down the mast. Once fully closed, secure the umbrella with the strap and fit the protection cover if required.
How do I tilt the Cantilever umbrellas?
The umbrella can be tilted by sliding the handle up or down the mast to the desired angle.
How do I rotate the Cantilever umbrellas?
- Breeze: Push the foot pedal down to rotate, and release to lock it into place.
- Summit: Unlock by releasing the lower knob, then use the rotation bar to adjust the position.

We offer nationwide delivery across Australia. Shipping details and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Delivery costs depend on location and will also be quoted at checkout.

What is the warranty on the umbrellas?
Frame: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Fabric: 5-year warranty against fading. The warranty covers normal use in a domestic setting by the original purchaser.
How do I make a warranty claim?

What is your returns and exchange policy?

What umbrella base should I choose?
- For Breeze and Summit cantilever umbrellas, we recommend the portable base (with or without wheels) for easy mobility.
- For Café umbrellas, we suggest portable base plates.
