This exciting new collection of both cantilever and standard umbrellas is designed to bring a premium quality and style umbrella directly to homeowners—at unbeatable “direct from the wholesaler” pricing.

Cantilever Umbrellas

The Sola range includes two premium quality cantilever models, the Breeze with a popular foot pedal control and for stronger wind resistance, the Summit .

Standard Umbrella

The Sola Café umbrella combines strength and elegance, perfect for both residential and commercial locations, as a freestanding or table umbrella.

Sunbrella Cavas Series canopy provides long-lasting durability with a 5-year colour fastness guarantee. Is assembly required?

Minor assembly is required, but it’s simple and comes with easy-to-follow instructions.

How do I maintain my product?

To maintain your umbrella, simply clean the frame and fabric with mild detergent and water, then hose off to keep it looking fresh. We recommend storing the umbrella with the protective cover when not in use.

How do I care for my Sola by Skyspan Umbrella?

We advise winding down the umbrella in high winds and using a protective cover when not in use.

How colourfast are the fabrics?

The Sunbrella fabrics we use come with a 5-year colourfast warranty to ensure the fabric’s colour remains vibrant.

What is the sun protection rating of the umbrellas?

All of our umbrellas are rated SPF 50+ for superior sun protection.

How do I close the Cantilever umbrellas?

Release the lock button, turn the windle handle anti-clockwise, and push the runner down the mast. Once fully closed, secure the umbrella with the strap and fit the protection cover if required.

How do I tilt the Cantilever umbrellas?

The umbrella can be tilted by sliding the handle up or down the mast to the desired angle.

How do I rotate the Cantilever umbrellas?

  • Breeze: Push the foot pedal down to rotate, and release to lock it into place.
  • Summit: Unlock by releasing the lower knob, then use the rotation bar to adjust the position.

What is the delivery process?

We offer nationwide delivery across Australia. Shipping details and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Delivery costs depend on location and will also be quoted at checkout.

How do I order online?

Our online process is simple and guided step-by-step. Payment is made via credit card.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time varies based on location. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped (within 2 business days).

What is the warranty on the umbrellas?

Frame: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Fabric: 5-year warranty against fading. The warranty covers normal use in a domestic setting by the original purchaser.

How do I make a warranty claim?

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We offer refunds or exchanges in most cases, provided the umbrella is returned in as-new condition with original packaging. In the rare event of a faulty product, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund. For full policy, please visit our return & refund page. 

What umbrella base should I choose?

  • For Breeze and Summit cantilever umbrellas, we recommend the portable base (with or without wheels) for easy mobility.
  • For Café umbrellas, we suggest portable base plates.

For permanent installation, choose either the appropriate steel base plate or an inground base.

Can I see the umbrellas in person?

Yes, we have a showroom located at: 1/4 Old Pacific Hwy, Yatala, QLD.

Normal trading hours are Mon – Fri 7:00am to 4:30pm, or weekends by appointment.
