OPERATION & FEATURES
How do I close the Cantilever umbrellas?
Release the lock button, turn the windle handle anti-clockwise, and push the runner down the mast. Once fully closed, secure the umbrella with the strap and fit the protection cover if required.
How do I tilt the Cantilever umbrellas?
The umbrella can be tilted by sliding the handle up or down the mast to the desired angle..
How do I rotate the Cantilever umbrellas?
- Breeze: Push the foot pedal down to rotate, and release to lock it into place.
- Summit: Pull the integrated rotational handle and rotate the umbrella over the base until you are at the desired position.

We offer nationwide delivery across Australia. Free shipping is available to customers in Queensland and NSW. Outside these states delivery costs will be quoted at checkout.

Frame: Breeze, Coastal Cafe models: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Summit 5-year frame warranty.
Fabric: Breeze, Coastal Cafe models: 5-year warranty against fading. The warranty covers normal use in a domestic setting by the original purchaser. Summit 10-year warranty against fading.

What is your returns and exchange policy?
We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee - if you don't absolutely love your new umbrella, return it within 14 days for a full refund, provided the umbrella is returned in as-new condition with original packaging. In the rare event of a faulty product, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund. For full policy, please visit our return & refund page.

- For Breeze and Summit cantilever umbrellas, we recommend the portable base (with or without wheels) for easy mobility.
- For Café umbrellas, we suggest portable base plates.
